What is the minimum order for water?

The minimum order starts from 2 boxes (2 bottles per box, total 4 bottles).

Can I select the time and date for redelivery?
A
Redelivery can be arranged on or after the next day. Specifying delivery time is available as well.

Can I select a specific time of delivery date?
A
Yes. You can choose a delivery time between the next day and two weeks after the order date. (except Sunday and public holidays) The delivery time is divided into three sections including 09:00~12:00、12:00~15:00、15:00~18:00 for your choice. No specified time is surely acceptable too.

Can I make an additional order for the water?
A
Yes, of course. For water tickets, you can always make additional purchases on our App. Also, you can arrange the additional water delivery as well. The order status can be checked on the 'Order History'.

Is it possible to ask for a redelivery if I failed to receive due to my absence?

Please send a request from the ' Redelivery Request'.

Where are the delivery areas of the water dispenser or water?
A
We provide delivery service to Kowloon・Hong Kong Island・New Territories・Island District.

Which delivery company is it?
A
We arrange professional delivery service. They will contact you first by phone before delivery and send to your front door as a general rule.

Do I need to set up the water dispenser by myself?

How to change the delivery address?

You can change it on the Address Book page.

How to check the order status?
A
On the 'Order History', you can check order status such as booking, shipping, waiting for payment, failed to receive and orders delivered.

Is there a warranty?
A
 An one-year warranty after purchase is provided. If there is any manufacturing defect of the water dispensers, we can exchange for you for free.

How to make a payment?
A
Credit card are all acceptable.The cards we accept include Visa・Mastercard・Amex. We use Stripe as the payment agent. When you are making a payment, the page may redirect to Stripe website first and then return to FRECIOUS Fuji website or App after payment is done. ※ Check or cash is not acceptable currently.

Is it possible to buy multiple water dispensers?

Yes, of course. But you can only buy one water dispenser at one time. If you want to order a second one or more, please go to the 'Water Dispenser Purchase' page to select the model and color you want.

What is the material of the water bottle?
A
It's made of polyethylene terephthalate(PET) which is an environmentally friendly material and seldom causes a foul odor. Also, unlike gallon bottles being recycled, cleaned and reused, it's totally disposable that assures every bottle you get is always new and hygienically safe. Furthermore, as the container material for food, it meets all the standards of container and packaging testing set by the Food Sanitation Act so it's legally recognized there is no adverse effect on the human body.

How long is the expiry date?

When unopened, it lasts 6 months after being produced.There is an expiration date written on the water bottle for your reference.

FRECIOUS Fuji adopts the ultra-precision filtration to remove germs or bacteria and keep the beneficial mineral components.

Who are the members?
A
Members are those customers who have registered on FRECIOUS Fuji App. After registration, you will have a 'My Profile' page on our App. Login ID with OTP, you can simply enjoy many convenient functions such as purchasing the water dispenser or water ticket, arranging delivery, making additional orders, changing the delivery schedule or registration information and so on. We will also provide useful information regularly according to the customers' use status.
